  • Project cancellation before work has commenced (subject to administrative fees)

4. Non-Refundable Items

The following are generally not eligible for refunds:

  • Services that have been delivered and accepted by the client
  • Completed project milestones or phases
  • Third-party costs incurred on behalf of the client (hosting, licenses, etc.)
  • Consulting hours that have already been utilized
  • Custom development work that has been started or completed
  • Change of mind after project initiation

5. Refund Request Process

  • Supporting documentation (if applicable)
  • Preferred method of refund

All refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of the service delivery or payment date, whichever is earlier.

6. Refund Processing Time

Once your refund request is approved, we will process the refund within 7-10 business days. The refund will be credited to the original payment method used for the transaction. Please note that it may take an additional 5-7 business days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your financial institution.

7. Partial Refunds

In certain situations, partial refunds may be granted based on the work completed and resources utilized. This will be determined on a case-by-case basis after reviewing the project status and deliverables.
